KRATUVA ARCADE · AI-FIRST SOFTWARE COMPANY · EST. 2026
We make AI-first software. The first one is Ruam.
Kratuva is a small software company. AI agents do much of our routine work, and a person checks everything that ships. Ruam, our first product, shows how the working day went for a remote team, without watching anyone. This website is an arcade: five short levels about how work is changing, and how we work. Play them, or go meet Ruam.
KRATUVA ARCADE
SELECT A LEVEL
LEVEL 01 · AI AGENTS
Inbox rush
Objective. Sort the inbox by hand until it overflows. Then switch the agent on and sit at the approval desk: it does the routine work, you decide the risky calls.
The idea. Agents are good at the routine part of a job: sorting, drafting, chasing. People are good at the risky calls. The best setups give each side the part it is good at.
How we work. Agents take the routine part of our own work: drafting, research, testing and first-pass code review. Anything that ships or sends waits for a person's yes.
INBOX RUSH
ONE INBOX. ONE AGENT. ONE BOSS.
A 45 second game. Sort requests into four piles by hand, then approve or hold risky requests while an AI agent clears the routine ones.
LEVEL 02 · AI FOR GO-TO-MARKET
Outreach run
Objective. Pick the accounts that fit. Then the agent researches and drafts first lines at speed, and you catch the drafts that say something the research does not back up.
The idea. Outreach at scale only works when the research is real and a person reads every line before it goes out.
How we work. Our founder has run a cold email agency. An agent does the research and the first draft. A person reads every line before it goes out.
OUTREACH RUN
FIT OR NOT? SEND OR FIX?
A 30 second game. Mark accounts as a fit or not, then send or fix draft first lines written by an AI agent.
LEVEL 03 · INTERNAL TOOLS AND AUTOMATIONS
Pipe dream
Objective. Copy records between tools by hand. Then lay the pipes, watch the data flow on its own, and fix the odd records the pipes send to you.
The idea. Most teams pay for tools that do not talk to each other, then pay people to copy data between them. Connect the tools, and let people handle the odd cases.
How we work. Our own tools pass data to each other on their own. When a record looks wrong, it stops and waits for a person instead of going through.
PIPE DREAM
STOP COPYING. START CONNECTING.
A 30 second game. Copy fields between tools by hand, then connect the tools with pipes so records flow automatically.
LEVEL 04 · FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED
Prototype rescue
Objective. An AI app builder made a demo fast. Squash the bugs, fix the cracked blocks, and get every user through launch day.
The idea. AI app builders make a demo in a weekend. Shipping it safely is the hard part, and it is where most AI-built apps fail: secret keys in the browser code, a database anyone can read, logins checked only on the screen, no backups.
How we work. We write Ruam with AI coding tools, then check every change for exactly these holes before it ships. Automated checks run on every change, and a person reviews the risky ones.
PROTOTYPE RESCUE
SQUASH. FIX. LAUNCH.
A 25 second game. Tap bugs and hold to fix four weak parts of an AI-built prototype before launch day.
LEVEL 05 · GO-TO-MARKET
Scale up
Objective. The build takes a weekend. Now get it used. Chase users by hand and watch them slip away, then switch the agent on: it runs the channels while you make the calls.
The idea. Building software is the easy part now. Getting it used is the hard part: outreach, onboarding, reviews and referrals, with a person still making the calls.
How we work. This is the level we are playing right now with Ruam. Agents help with the repetitive parts. The founder still makes the calls and answers every email.
SCALE UP
BUILT IN A WEEKEND. NOW GET IT USED.
A 45 second platform game. Run right and jump to collect users by hand while churn pits take them away. Then switch on an AI agent that runs outreach, onboarding, review requests and content, choose the right door at three business decisions, and pick the channel that breaks a growth plateau.

Agents draft, research and test. A person checks what ships.
- RULE 3Privacy first.
Ruam never takes screenshots or logs keys. This site keeps your scores on your device.

TROUBLESHOOTING
What is Kratuva?
A small software company that builds with AI. Kratuva Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Newark. Our engineering team works from India through our affiliate, Kratuva Technologies LLP.
What does AI first mean here?
AI agents do a large share of our routine work: drafting, research, testing and first-pass code review. A person decides what ships, and checks anything that touches customers, money or private data.
What is Ruam?
Software for teams that work apart. It shows how the working day went: hours against the schedule, breaks as breaks. It never takes screenshots or logs keys. Join the waitlist at ruam.ai.
When can my team use Ruam?
Join the waitlist on ruam.ai and we will email you when there is a seat for your team.
Do you build software for other companies?
Occasionally, for teams we like. If you are working on something interesting, say hi: indra@kratuva.com.
Why is your website a game?
Most company websites are the same page. Ours is five small games about how work is changing, and a hidden level for the curious.
Do the games collect my data?
No. Your scores and cleared levels stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
SECRET LEVEL 00 · NOT A JOB POST
You found it. Want to build together?
If you got here, you probably take things apart to see how they work. If you also build software and want to make things with us, we'd like to hear from you.
No call to book, no CV, no form. Just an email with one thing we always ask for: a short video.
- A video, 2 to 5 minutes, of you walking through something you built. Any link works: Loom, an unlisted YouTube video, Google Drive. We only reply to emails with a video.
- The trickiest thing you ever got working.
- What you'd build with a year and no boss.
Or copy this and send it to indra@kratuva.com from wherever you write email:
It goes straight to Indrayudh, the founder. Emails with a video get a reply.
