This notice covers kratuva.com, run by Kratuva Inc., a Delaware corporation. Ruam has its own privacy policy at ruam.ai/privacy.
What we collect
When you email us, we get your message and your email address. If you join the Ruam waitlist, that happens on ruam.ai under the Ruam privacy policy.
The arcade keeps your levels cleared and high scores on your own device, in your browser's storage. They never leave your device and we can't see them.
If you allow Analytics in Your privacy choices, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are, your device type and how you found us. We use it to see what people read, not who they are. We don't run advertising tools. The Cookie Policy lists every cookie.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you and to talk about what you wrote to us about. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who helps us
These services handle your information for us, only to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and protects it from abuse.
- Google Workspace runs our email and calendar.
- Google Analytics counts visits, only if you allow Analytics.
Our team in India
Our engineering team works through our affiliate, Kratuva Technologies LLP, in India. If we work together, people on that team may see the details you share to do the work. They follow this notice and any agreement we sign.
How long we keep it
We keep emails while we are in contact, and for up to two years after our last conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anything covered by a signed agreement is kept as long as the law and the agreement require.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email indra@kratuva.com. We reply within 30 days. To change cookie choices, use Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page.
If you are in the EU, the UK or India, you also have the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
