The verdict

They solve different email problems, so the real question is whether the email is yours or the team's. Superhuman Mail makes one person faster in their own Gmail or Outlook account, with Split Inbox, Auto Labels and AI that summarizes and drafts, at $25 per member a month billed annually (Business at $33 adds Auto Drafts and Ask AI); it has no shared queues, assignment or customer-facing AI. Front is a shared team inbox for email, SMS, WhatsApp and Slack at $25 a seat a month, with AI that triages, drafts and resolves conversations billed per conversation, but Autopilot only works in shared inboxes and in English.

Pick Superhuman if you want to clear your own inbox faster; pick Front if several people answer the same client or customer email.
