What Lemlist is good at

  • Email plan includes a lead database (the page says 650M+ leads) and an email and phone finder.
  • Email plan covers unlimited users and senders for one price.
  • 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card.

Where Lemlist breaks

  • You want to send a lot from few inboxes: Lemlist's own guide caps campaigns at 25 to 30 a day per mailbox and 50 a day including warmup.
  • You need phone numbers in bulk: the enrichment add-on gives 2k credits a month, which the page says equals 400 emails or 100 phones.
  • Plans change under you: some Trustpilot reviewers (4.7/5 overall from 246 reviews) call the pricing misleading and say features were removed and then upsold.

When a custom build beats Lemlist

Rarely; the value is in deliverability and channel integrations, so custom work fits best on writing the personalization that you then load into Lemlist.
